If you have something draining your car battery, does it just require charging?

I just got a brand new car battery about a month and a half ago. Duralast Gold for 2007 Honda Accord, 2.4L (4 cylinder). I also have 250W amp with subwoofers (MTX Terminator set). They never gave my battery a problem this early on. The amp is brand new as well. I realized yesterday that my car now hesitates to crank. (I will be getting checked when they open) I know it's cold and it may take a little extra to crank but not as long as it's taking. My spark plugs are also new. Maybe about only a year old. Another question, if my audio system is draining the battery would that just require it to be charged and not completely replaced? I need all mechanic opinions thanks.

Should I accept this settlement offer from the insurance company?

I got into a car accident on November 18 in Boston MA and the guy claimed to his insurance company that it was his fault so I'm not at fault. And because of this, I didn't call the cops or a police report or anything like that. He totalled my 2008 Honda Civic LX sedan 4D with 179,000 miles and it was worth $4,881 according to Kelly Blue Book, and the insurance company offered me $4,813.13. I had some back pain right after getting hit but that has since subsided. Lawyers have honestly been no help so far and this looks like a good offer but at the same time, I've heard that they don't really offer their best amount to start. They sent a check already but I haven't cashed it or anything.

Added (1). Actually, I do recall filing the Crash report a couple days later and did go to the police station but I didn't call them in the moment

Honda Accord Sport 2.0 L Automatic VS Honda Civic SI Coupe?

I have a quick question about a car. I'm more of a sport type of guy, and obviously the SI takes the crown, BUT, when my dad took it out for a test drive ( I'm not good enough to drive stick on the road) he said the acceleration was underwhelming. I don't understand where he gets this from because reviews on the car say otherwise. I really love the car. And the accord would be the 2nd option. What are your opinions?

How do paying off cars with a down payment work?

For example, I'm trying to buy a 2007 Honda Accord 154,000 Miles for $5495, I'm able to put down $2500. So will the $2500 come out of the full price & i just pay the remainder or will i end up paying more? I'm a 18 year old female, freshman in college just trying to purchase my own car.
