Radio works perfect except CD/Aux. Is this an easy fix or do I have to buy a new radio?

I just bought a 2003 Honda Accord. The radio works perfect except CD player. When I press the CD/Aux button, load or eject Is does NOTHING. When I try to insert a cd it does nothing it. I even tried using the mode button on steering when it won't even go to cd it just changed radio stations when I press it. I pulled out the fuse to check that but it's perfect no burns etc. I put the code in still nothing. What could this be? How Can I fix this without having to buy a whole new radio?

Since it's all one unit, you can't fix it.

It sounds like the CD transport mechanism is faulty, or there's a CD stuck in the machine and it won't come out.
You may have to take the radio out and take off the outer cabinet to see if there's a stuck CD in there.
If you can't find a car radio repair shop nearby, there are service places online and on eBay that fix factory radios with CD and/or cassette players. Some sell refurbished factory radios too.
This can absolutely be fixed.

It's an '03, radio works- cd not. Unless you drive for a living deal with the radio and save up for w new unit.

Replace it.

Seems CD mechanism is faulty. Approach to Service Centre. Don't try to fix it yourself, if you r not a technical fellow

''Replace it''

I don't know

Inside wires w one loose unplugged wire, a solder point missed on a teeny circuit board, it takes a tech to troubleshoot the thing.
the front panel & connections under that surface might be the problem too
