Why do my windshield wipers on my 1991 camaro rs not go all the way just part of the way up? Everything looks fine?

My 1991 camaro rs I'm trying to make it roadworthy, it didn't have a horn when I bought it, I wired in a button and fixed it, now I need to fix the wipers. They don't go up and down all the way. And only work on high. I have a YouTube video of it.

Any ideas? I really want to fix it so I can pass inspection and get this car on the road and enjoy it. Only need wipers fixed, a front parking light, new windshield, and a set of tires and I can finally drive it. It's cooler and sounds better than my honda accord. 305 V8 with T-tops

Check the motor. Check the arms.

  • I need to find a part for my Honda ex1000 generator. I can't seem to find a part for a reasonable price or even the right part I have a Honda Generator and I need to buy a carburetor. I can find a lot of different ones online but I only find One for the Model I have. It is 80 bucks. I see a lot that look the same and I would like to know how to find one that is cheaper. I have looked for hours and can't find one that is cheap like the others. The part number is 16100-ZC0-015. Does anyone know how I can find a variety to choose from or do I need to get the honda brand carb?
  • Why don't my windshield wipers work on high speed? I have a 92 Honda Civic Si and i'm having a problem with my front wipers, sometimes they work, sometimes they get stuck and sometimes they don't work at all. They only move when i turn the off button. I changed the motor and its doing the same thing. Could it be the linkage?
  • My '98 Honda Civic windshield wipers won't stop? They will not stop when I put them into the off position. How ever if I put the switch into INT and find a spot it will stop. I guess my question is do I need to replace my windshield wiper motor, or the switch?
  • How do carmakers decide which way a particular model's windshield wipers wipe? I have owned 2 cars with 2 different wiper patterns; I had a Chrysler Concorde with the typical wiper pattern you see on most vehicles (passenger side to driver side) while my current car is a Honda Civic with center-folding wipers. Having seen vehicles on the road with both wiper types, I have often wondered how car companies make that decision.
