Are kyb struts the same or better than stock?
For my 2003 Honda Element awd.
Better might be subjective. They might be better handling going fast and be rough for everyday driving. Depends how they are tuned.
Ask your mechanic… It likely needs new springs too… I know, I replaced all 4 and did the factory struts too, my 2002 accord needed them, and it rides like a new car.
Cheaper than getting a new car, but factory springs and struts will give it new life…
On average, expect to pay nine hundred to replace a pair of struts. You have a car that even in good condition is worth only two thousand dollars. You have already wasted too much money on upgrading it.
They are a bit stiffer but give a great stable ride.
Put Monroe Spectrum quick struts on for a less stiff but comfortable ride.
According to KYB salesmen they are better. But their job is to sell them so they would tell you they were made out of gold if it sells a pair.
- Why gasoline better than diesel? Over 11.7 million cars sells gasoline than 2.9 million less selling diesel cars in the US But can't find diesel honda, Toyota, nissan, or other Asia cars.
- Will this engine fit into my 97 accord with the same engine mounts as a stock one? http://www.ebay.com/...nda-accord will this h22 fit into my 97 accord without modifying any engine mounts
- Lowering springs on stock struts? Ok I currently have a 2001 honda civic. It has about 162k miles and runs perfectly. The struts in the front are good but the rear struts can get really bouncy when going over high speed bumps or roads with poor condition. The car has had 3 previous owners and I'm not sure if the struts have ever been replaced. Would adding Eibach sportline lowering springs blow out my struts?
- Is a Honda civic si coupe 2000 better than a Mini cooper s? What are the pros and cons about both the cars. Such as- *Gas mileage *Reliability *Stability And also about how expensive the parts are. THANKX
