You'll have to find out some scooter import companies in USA or where you're at. The Dio is available in USA but under a different model (HONDA ELITE S / SR / LX (SA50).

Depends where in the USA. If you plan to import it in California, it needs to pass the smog requirements in order to make it drivable in California.
