Can you fix a totaled car?
Okay so friday I got hit. A honda ran a red light and hit my right rear end. And he tore my back bumper completely off. The tail came off. And I got put in a new rear axle. And plus the frame work and air bags. How much would all it be. I have a 2003 hyundai tiburon.
Bill is right about that! Your better off to get the money from the insurace company and go and buy another car because by the time you get that one back on the road you could buy another car!
It all depends. An insurance company considers a car totaled if the repairs would cost more than the car is worth. It might be possible to take the money from the insurance company and fix the car enough to make it street legal, but you might be better off buying another car.
- What would you do if a lady around 30-37 told you that you were useless and would never amount to anything? She's a well dressed white lady with a brand new Honda SUV and she has a daughter that looks about 12 that is also well dressed and the girl is being rude and both are being very rude to the guy at the counter at Subway. Would it be wrong to curse out the old witch who tried to start a fight and cursed out the subway worker and you?
- Honda can't fix my car what can I do? I have a Honda HRV it. 2 years old so under warranty for another year. It makes a grinding noise on acceleration. The service dept. Acknowledges the sound but they say as of now there's no fix. We hate the sound and it is not pleasent to drive. Can't do the lemon law over the miles- (18,000) and we own the car and can't sell it with the sound. We're baffled that they can't fix it what is our re-course.
- How can i fix this Honda Dio? Can i fix it by my own? I wanted to check the front brakes, si i started and raced it holding the front brakes alone. My fingers sliped from the break and I crashed my Dio straight to the wall. Reffer the picture.
- Did you know that Philippines is so poor that if you own a car people will think you're rich? I live in the Philippines and I own a 2013 Honda Fit and I sometimes drive it when I go to the University, it's not even expensive. And my friends think I'm rich. Most people here only use underbone motorcycles for transportation, most families don't even own a car.
