Check the horn with the battery straight to it. Check brake light switch.
Ok
Check the rest of the fuses. Check relays.
Its an 88… There's the catch
Hi so the issue here is what you expect from a old honda civic with over 29 years of life behind it. So a 1001 reasons.
Getting a test light and checking for 12 volts on one of the horn connectors wires.
Using the test light to find out if the brake light switch is making contact and sending power to the brake lights when the pedal is held down.
Have you even taken the brake light bulbs out to see if the bulb elements are broken or not?
- Step by step to strecth and lower a honda ruckus? I'm curious as to how i go about this because i want to be the one to build my dream i don't currently have one or a specific year in mind but id also like to eventually swap out the stock 50cc for a gy6 150cc motor. Alink will even do if you don't really feel like explaining it all.
- I want to learn more about fixing up motorcycles. What's the first step I could take to do this? I have a 94 Honda Shadow VT600. For now I thought I'd learn how to clean my carburetor. I know I need a carb-kit but I'm not sure where's the best place to get one of those.
- Why do all the 15amp fuses keep blowing in my 93 Honda Civic Eg? All of the power circuit fuses keep blowing as soon as I try to start my car. My boyfriend and I re wired everything, but when we turn the car over it won't start and all the fuses for the power blow! 3 in the dash and 1 under the hood… Why?! Someone help!
- Tail and dash lights not working honda civic 2001? Just replaced a fuse as my tail and dash lights were out on Honda Civic 2001. This solved the issue, worked fine on next journey, back home, out a short time later and lights weren't again. Any help with this please? Can't be replacing a fuse after her trip!
