You need an English grammar book for your composition is a grammatical nightmare. As to the logic of asking here as this Honda Civic, yes it is a proper name and the large first letters, accessed by the use of the SHIFT key, are mandatory, needed repairs, well, that is just as idiotic. Sorry, but how do you expect an answer? How old are you? Do you have fear of mechanics? If you can't afford a mechanic for this 20 year old vehicle, scrap it. Fact of life.

At a glance I'd say the ignition timing is a little too high because of the high HC & NOx and you need a new catalytic converter. Also, the high CO reading would indicate that your Oxygen sensor is pretty tired, replace that too.
Typically a high CO reading would bring NOx levels down but high ignition timing will keep NOx high as well. The fact that all the gases are elevated means the cat is dead or not there.

It is the SELLERS responsibility to smog the car before selling…

You bought a car that needed smogged? Why would you do that? Congrats to the seller for dumping it.
