Is this a good deal I know it's old but is this a good deal if everything is good?
No
No. There's too many miles on it and unless it got an overhaul, it's probably not going to last much longer.
It also has very few amenities that makes life easier. The DX has no power windows or locks.
A car that is in good shape (have it checked by your own qualified mechanic before purchase) is worth that price. That is very low mileage for that year.
Have the timing belt and water pump replaced if it has not been done recently

I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more.
