1998 Honda Civic temperature guage shows 0 temp when driving over 50 miles?
The heater puts out hot air while driving, however, the temp guage does not show any temp rise from the engine.
May need new temp guage

The sender wire has come off, it's a pain to get at, underneath the distributor on the end of the cylinder head.
Sounds like bad gage or wire disconnect.
You have a loose wire or a bad temperature sender at the engine.
It's possible that you have a blown fuse, but if everything else works, that is unlikely.
