1999 Honda Civic EX died in the road and will not turn over. Thoughts?
I was driving to work and the car just stalled out. All I had was forward momentum. It cranks but will not turn over. I was told to pull a spark plug and hold it close to the engine and see if it sparks, and it didn't. From what I've read, The Ignition Control Module should be replaced. But as always I have doubts can anyone offer suggestions or confirm this?
Timing belt popped maybe, they usually go between 80-100K miles. An oops due to the owner not replacing it before it snaps. If the timing belt is still good, start checking for ignition spark and fuel pressure.
- Why my 1999 honda cbr won't turn over? I have a decent but fully charged battery In it and all the terminals tight and I have battery charger hooked up to it but every time I push the start button It acts lik its not getting enough fire… The lights go dim and the relay clicks like its not enough juice…
- Are off road motorcycle helmets legal on road in Australia? I was hoping to purchase a Fox racing V4 helmet for a honda crf250l which I'm planning on using mostly for on road communting. I'm new to motorcycles in general and could not find any useful information regarding legal use of off road helmets in Australia (NSW).
- I'm about turn 16, need thoughts for a good car, cheap one? And how to afford? - 1 I'm turning 16 in June. As soon as I turn 16, I'm going after my permit. But I need help on how to afford one too. I got a job offer in the summer for $18hr. I know that there's much more to learn about that, so where do I go for all of that info? Tips and sources appreciated. My thoughts are on a chevy, toyota, maybe honda.
