2000 Honda civic 02 sensor misfire?

Car has 5 codes.
First is o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
The rest are
P0301-P0304 and P0300
All misfire codes but no symptoms of a real misfire. Could the bad o2 sensor cause the misfire codes? I used a scan tool and verified the o2 sensor is bad.
Car already has new plugs wires cap rotor.

It hard to read and see what you've replaced: Like you say:"Car already has new plugs wires cap rotor."
How the old plugs look like if you replaced it? No symptom of misfiring? What is the vacuum reading? MAP readings? Compression readings? If you have doubt, have it check out.

If you've already verified the O2 then take care of it. The O2 sensor reads the amount of oxygen in the exhaust post combustion. From this reading it relays to the PCM how much gas to add into the mixture for the next cycle.

If an O2 sensor has been contaminate or has any substance build up on it, it is not capable of giving an accurate reading of oxygen. This misread of the O2 will give the engine an improper, to the spectrum, the balance of fuel and oxygen which could cause a premature or no ignition.

My advice would be to pull the spark plugs for inspection, check to see if its white or full of sludge. If it's white, the engine is running lean, if sludge: running rich. Either way the O2 sensor could be causing the problem. So replace the defect O2, test drive and see if the misfire codes return.

How many miles on the Civic? It could be the early stage of a CAT deficiency. Look at the history code and see if you have P0420. Monitoring the front and rear O2 reading at 2000Rpm would help to see the CAT good function. CAT is about going south sometimes will trigger the misfire codes, at least a random one (P0300)

If the misfire codes return: Some of the remedies I've done in the past on Honda Civic misfire codes (P0300-P0304)

If you hook up your scan tool and pull one or more misfire DTCs (P0300 through P0304) from computer memory, check the spark plugs, says Honda; they're probably carbon-fouled. Installing a set of hotter running plugs and Honda attributes the trouble to the module misinterpreting the inputs from various sensors. Reprogramming the PCM with revised software should prevent further trouble.

In addition to the fix, some cases I have to adjust the valve clearance to the middle of its spec range when the engine is 'stone' cold. Even there was no complain about the performance or valves ticking noise and yes the valve clearances were off.
