2001 Honda Civic EM2 swap?
I currently have a D17A1 with 181,102 miles. My car is going to the **** can. I recently noticed that my car is burning oil (full syn) I checked for leaks, but its not enough to make it leak when I have to change my oil 1525 mi short.
What kind of affordable engine and tranny swap should I get. This will be my daily driver once fixed.
Just for an FYI, if it matters; I'm a Civic JDM Enthusiast.

- I have a 97 Honda Civic Ex engine Swap from a 99 to 2000 honda Si? I would like to know if i can fit a b16a2 i believe? Engine to my 97 civic without any modifications? Because i just want to take out the current engine and place the SI engine in a quick simple manner.
- What would be the best motor swap for my 99 honda civic dx? Planning on doing a motor swap but wanna make sure I get it right the first time. Was planning on doing a b20z swap and order it from Hmotors. Would that be a good swap? If so i'm not sure of all the parts I would need.
- What engines can I directly swap my D16y8 Honda motor for? It has to be more powerful and easy to swap? I have a civic with a d16y8 and its served me well but what motor could I easily swap in? I want to use the same gearbox but I don't mind swaping the ECU. The easier the swap and the more HP the better. Would prefer to use the stock manifold and intake etc.
- My honda civic 2000 ex with lsvtec swap doesn't want to turn on? I have this honda civic 2000 ex that doesn't want to crank, and now it's acting all crazy I tapped on the starter because I heard a clicking noise from there and it just got worse the dashboard became dime and the radio will shut off out of nowhere I was just getting frustrated and I just brought a new battery computer and fuel module with a distributer recently can it be a bad starter alternator?
