What's the fuel pressure?
Have you been adjusting the valves every 60,000 miles? Honda's all have a common problem with tight valves.
Check the gasoline to make sure it's not contaminated with water.
Check to make sure the timing didn't jump/
When did you put a timing belt on last?
- Check engine light, open door light, and batterie light all came on and won't go off? 2000 Honda Odyssey I already had the altinator replaced it a month old. The batterie almost a year old. Would the belt need be changed or something else?
- I have a 99 honda civic si I did a compression test and suspect it has low compression because of misfire? So the first one came out as.180. Second one 180… Third piston 160… And the last final piston as…180 are my pistons good? Don't mean to sound like a rookie.

I leave it running for a couple minutes but get this the check engine light turns off for some time then after driving it for awhile it starts to shake and gives a sound that it wants to turn off as that's happening the Check engine light is flashing and the exhaust starts to steam or smoke.I've replaced the spark plugs and also the up stream and down stream sensors.
