2008 Honda Civic vibrations?
All the sudden lately my Civic LX Manual started having a very noticeable vibration at idle once warmed up. I doubt it's the motor mount because I noticed the vibrations started as soon as the idling rpm drops a hair. It'll be fine when I stop then a moment later the idle drops a tad more and it starts vibrating. Not to mention my AC/Heater blower fan just went (what a coincidence) The vehicle also has 103k miles on it! So what would cause the drop in RPMs occurring with vibrations throughout the car?

I would check the air filter for cleanliness. Replace the pcv valve. Clean the throttle body. Put some injector cleaner in the fuel tank per instructions. Take two aspirin and call me in the morning.
