2012 Honda Civic LX a good car?

I just bought it. It seems perfect. I had my mechanic friend look at it and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It has 49 thousand miles. It was like the perfect car except the wheels. It came with no plastic wheel covers just steelies and the tires are basically bald.

Can anyone suggest some good all season tires with prices. Also does anyone know if Honda sell new plastic covers as mine didn't come with any (I'd rather have Honda brand one versus cheapie Walmart special).

Michelin tires are great but more expensive than others. But, in tires, you get what you pay for. Buy cheap tires and you'll be buying new ones again sooner than later. Buy your wheel covers at a Honda dealer, in the parts department, or at a web site such as Tirerack.com

Your 2012 Civic LX requires 195/65-15 sized tires. There are top rated tires available in that size.

And while you're at Tirerack pick out some inexpensive alloy wheels. The price of new wheel covers from Honda will make you gag. Splurge and get something as a treat. Or shop on ebay or at the local auto recyclers for Honda hubcaps if budget is the top concern.

Lol! That car will last forever

Congratulations on your great new car. Check www.thetirerack.com. They have tires and wheels and they will show you what the wheels will look like on your Civic in your color.

Hi simple answer visit a honda dealer as some cars run better on certain brands of tyre. They can also supply the right wheel trims to.
