2014 honda civic hybrid noises?

I have a 2014 honda civic hybrid with 76k miles (i know, a lot) its making a couple strange noises. 1st noise is when i put my foot on the gas from 20-35 mph or so, occasionally it makes a loud tic noise kind of like running over a stick and having it slap the bottom of the car, second noise is, around 1/4 throttle at any speed, it makes a strange consistent rattle noise, it sort of sounds like a pair of sunglasses in the door when you have high bass music on, but much much deeper quiter tone. Can someone tell me what these noises might be?

Nope. No one on the internet can magically diagnose noises in your car without seeing and physically inspecting your car. Stop wasting time and take it to a reputable shop where it can be properly inspected and diagnosed. Internet guesses will cost you more money than a concrete diagnosis.

The noises are pretty strange to even imagine, but 76,0000 is a little high, but not a lot

  • Honda Fit front ride side noises? My car makes a tin foil in the wind or whistling sound as if steam is hitting metal on the right side. (With window rolled down) Inside the car windows rolled up it sounds like metal scraping or dragging it stops when I break but it off and on and not all the time making the noise when I drive. I notice it when i turn right it seems to start but it sometimes does it without the turning
  • What is better a 2014 Honda Civic or 2014 Toyota Corolla? I'm looking at these cars in terms of price and more "bang for your buck." Both seem interesting to me and I have yet to test drive them. The Honda Civic seems like it is the better car based on reviews but the newly redesigned Toyota Corolla looks better than previous versions and is slightly cheaper than the Civic. Which one should I consider looking towards? Please do not mention any other car, I'm only focused on these two at the moment.
  • Should i buy a Scion 2014 or a Honda Civic si 2014 Sedan? I like both cars, My reason for liking the Tc is that the Car looks nice and its sport and inexpensive. However, The fact that its a Coupe and it only has 179 horsepower that just throws it off right there. I like the honda civic si because it offers 4 doors and its looks nice.
  • Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery? I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
