2018 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, or Honda Civic?
All three cars are similarly priced and include the options I want.

Hyundai Elantra - Limited Trim - $23,240 (right now has additional $2,500 cash back)
Honda Civic - EX Trim - $22,664

Test drove all three and didn't notice major differences other than the Civic's CVT engine appeared to be the noisiest, though the Civic looks the best inside and out (quality).
Looking to keep the car for ten years, which should I get? Which is likely to last the longest with the least amount of repairs?
The KIA & the Hyundai are both made by Hyundai, as Hyundai completely owns KIA. And both are COMPLETELY made in China. Ever heard of anything good coming-out of China? Not really sure where the Honda is made, some are partially made in Ohio, but they AREN'T made in China.
Honda's are the best, so if you plan on keeping the car for a long time then get the Honda. But if you get rid of it in a couple years, just get the cheapest car.
Look at the warranty. In Australia at least, Kia/Hyundai (they are sister brands) offer a 7yr warranty vs Honda's three yr. No brainer if you're keeping the car a while.
Honda have lost their way a bit recently and the Civic is nothing special. The CVT makes the engine drone but if you can live with it, it won't affect functionality. Personally I'd go for the Kia, but haggle like you mean it, and go with whoever gives you the best deal.
