94 honda civic won't start? - 1
Yesterday i accidentally pulled a spark plug wire while he engine was idling so my engine cut off. Now it won't start. None of my plugs or distributor is sparking when i do the lil screwdriver and ground test. Wat did i mess up? Lol
Probably the ignition coil. Honda/Acura coils are very intolerant of the spark not having anywhere to go. A visual inspection of the coil in good light will probably show up the stains that are a mark of an internal short. Check out the source (the first picture is my son's… I'm so proud! **sniff**).

Follow the ht lead(spark lead) to the distributed and pull the lead out of the distributed then to a circuit check on a lead(buy a new one if you need to) put the leads back and then check the top of the spark plug to see if you've ripped the dimple off, then check the spark body for cracks. Take it to a garage if it's not them

- My 1983 Honda nighthawk 650 won't start with the electric start? I recently replaced the ignition coils because the old ones were getting heat soaked and the bike would die, however now the bike won't start with the electric start it turns over fin and the starter sounds fine but it won't start occasionally it ll start when it's cold or try to but I've been having to bump start it in order to ride it. So what's making it do this? Could it be the kill switch? Or something else?
- I have a Honda HRX217 push mower. Backfired when trying to start it, now it won't start? It was running, then I shut it off to open and close a gate, and when I went to start it again there was a really loud backfire and now it won't start. It will sound like it's almost about to start but not. Then get progressively weaker each pull. I changed the spark plug and cleaned the air filter. Any ideas?

I did a compressin test, the pull start only gets the mower to 60psi but the drill gets the mower to 150psi. This mower does have a decompression vale where the ehaust opest about 1/8 of the way. I tore the ead off and checked and cleaned the valves. They don't stick open. Could there be an issue with the decompression valve? Or would it be the piston rings?
- How come my atv won't electric start but will crank if I push start it? 2006 Honda trx. Doesn't have a pull rope only electric start. The starter motor turns over the engine but just won't start but I'll push it down the yard with it in gear and it will fire right up. I'm so confused by this.
