99 Honda civic ex not starting?
The battery is new and ac, radio etc all come on. I thought it might be the clutch antilock switch (had to switch the one on the break a few years ago) and sure enough I saw broken plastic. I glued a penny so when ever the clutch is pressed the switch is disengaged but my car still doesn't turn over. My clutch has to be fully engaged for my car to start so it makes sense this not working. Is there another switch on the clutch?
Not Cranking or Not Starting? I hope you have a Test Light. You can pull the plug on the clutch switch to confirm power. Get a wire or paperclip to jump the connections. If that doesn't work look in the Fuse/Relay box under the hood. Switch the Starter Relay with another on with the same number (Horn Relay or?) If no crank check the #30 or #87 terminals in the box, the relay has the numbers on the bottom. The relay jumps 30 and 87 to send power to the starter solenoid. If that doesn't do it… The wire/connection to the solenoid is bad or your starter is bad.

- Why is my car not starting? I have a 1992 Honda prelude is and I just got it out of the shop today! They replaced the timing belt, head gasket and some other gaskets. It was driving on my way home and I hit a pothole and it turned off. After that it drove home fine and now I'm trying to start it now and it won't turn off

- Honda lawn mower starting, blade turning but not cutting grass? It's a Honda harmony 215 (hrb215) it starts on first pull, runs great, when you engage the blade it spins at full power, but when trying to cut grass it doesn't do anything. Doesn't even try to cut it. Have had it in knee high grass even and it doesn't do anything… Any ideas?
- Why might my car not be starting? We have a 2014 Honda Civic, we made 2 trips today and it was running fine. Started right up no problem. We were trying to go to sonic and it wouldn't start at all. The engine didn't turn over there was just a click. The radio still comes on, the door ding still happens, but when you turn the key the lights on the dash surge all weird. Anyone have any idea why it won't start?
