Are Honda civics good cars?

I'm thinking about trading in my 2001 Hyundai Elantra. I don't like my car anymore and I've always wanted a honda. My recent car is nice in some ways but I feel like it's old school. I don't got a CD player, the tape slot doesn't work if I wanna listen to music from my phone I can't plug in tape adapter to plug in my phone Cus it don't work. My lights inside the car doesn't work too well. My window slowly goes down when I roll the window down. I feel like it's breaking down slowly I can't be constantly Spending money to get my car fixed. So just wondering. Is a 2006 honda civic 2 door good? Btw I'm greatful to have a car but i need an upgrade.

Some are, some aren't. Brand reputation doesn't mean very much on an 8 year old car. It depends more on how the car was maintained and treated.

All Hondas are good cars assuming they have been serviced properly. The Jazz comes top of reliability polls regularly in the UK.

Will Honda Civics are known for their good gas mileage. When it comes to replacing parts and maintenance it's cheap compare to let's say Mercedes. Hyundai is a lower end brand so it's cheap to fix too. For the tape slot problem you have just get a new stereo with an aux cord and problem solve.

Its hhonestly the most reliable car I've had and I've had a corolla and a Taurus b4 and neither one were near as good as this
