Are Honda Civics good on gas?

I just bought a 95 Honda Civic & wanted to know if they're gas guzzlers or not? & if anyone knows, how much does it usually take to fill up?

The 1995 Honda Civic is not only NOT a gas guzzler it is one of the most fuel efficient cars you can buy and that includes any new gasoline car. You should get at least 34 mpg city and 40 highway with a combined rating of around 35 on a manual transmission equipped car and 29 city 36 highway A/T equipped. That is a conservative estimated and I have known this year Civic to get close to 42 mph on the highway if driven easy. This year Civic has a fuel tank capacity of 11.9 gallons except the 2 door hatchback which holds 10 gallons.

Honda civics are good on gas. They have 4 cylinder engines so they use very little gas compared to other vehicles. My girlfriend drives an 01 and gets 35-40 miles per gallon during her commute to work. Gas here in California is about 4 bucks a gallon where I'm at and she pays 40 to fill it up

Its a car so yes it gets good gas mileage
