If you changed it back and no power you may have blown a fuse. Look for an inline fuse.

You can bet on the battery and probably the alternator fuses being blown. I'm not familiar with the 2008 Civic but you will almost certainly find them in one of the underhood plastic boxes… Just remove the covers and look for a fuse diagram.
Get both fuses so you can see how they are held in. The odds are good everything will work when the fuses are replaced.

The main fuse is likely blown. Check with a test light and replace.
