Belt squealing problem on 2000 honda civic ex?

I just did my timing belt and water pump and replaced power steering pulley and belt, ac compressor belt and idler pulley and alternator belt. Now when I start my car it squils until I get moving and then goes away. I've taken the compressor belt and power steering belt off and it still squils. I suspect it must be alternator belt or pulley. But it never squired before the timing belt change so I don't believe it is the pulley. I tightened the belt as much as I could and it still squils. It doesn't feel real tight but it's the tightest I could get it. If someone has a suggestion thank you. I'm suspecting I need to buy a new alternator belt.

It is the alternator belt. The starter draws a lot of amps to start the engine so the alternator is trying to recover that amp loss as soon as possible. As soon as the amps are replaces the alternator can quit working so hard and it turns easier. Hence the squeal stops.
