Brand new Honda Civic: weird sound on startup?

Added (1). I recently bought a new 2019 Civic, and it makes a weird "pew-pew-pew" noise when the engine starts, like a tiny sci-fi laser gun being fired. (Video: https://drive.google.com/...SxFX/view)
It goes off about 10 times in quick sequence right after the engine is started.
It appears to come from the left side of the dashboard. Does anyone have any idea what it is and if it's normal? Thanks in advance!

Added (2). Don't tell me to go back to the dealer, I'm not retaded and I could figure that out myself.
I wanted to see if someone has an answer before I make the extra trip. Apparently not.

As it's new take it into a dealership and ask them to listen to it.

Return to dealer for check out

Then take it back to the service department.

I'd be talking to the dealership, not strangers on the Internet.

Its under warranty. Take it back

Honk honk rattle rattle rattle crash beep beep

I'd look that up for you in my handy owners manual but I don't have it on me at the moment. Perhaps you could check yours.

Download the owner's manual (much easier to search) and see if you can find something about warning sounds, start-up, tones, etc.

Since we can't hear the sound and you don't try to tell us what it sounds like take it to the dealer.

And you have not figured out going back to the DEALER IS THE FIRST STEP? If you are not retarded, then give me another name.(I'm nasty because I'm jealous)
Now that I played the vid…
It is obviously a warning buzzer or bell. What it is for, I don't know because I don't have a 2019 handy. That is why you ASK. Could guess and say oil pressure warning or seat belt warning or something else warning BUT I'm GUESSING.

YOU DO NOT WANT GUESSES. A correct answer is best. Read the owners manual or ASK THEM. You could probably phone it in and as for the Service Department. (as they have to check every car they receive first). Then make the noise over the phone.
It could be "phasers set on stun" AS most people have seen Star Trek or Star Wars. You description is correct.(but there's no W in Poo) It is a cool sound though.
Too bad they could not do guitar riffs ZZTOP, Deep Purple, AC/DC now that would be cooler.
