Buying a new transmission?
So I have a Honda ex(si clone) with a b18c1 motor and it has the civic tranny. I'm saving up cause I wanna buy the gsr tranny which is the same type as the motor. Would i have to buy anything apart from the transmission so it can work with the car? And what's a good website where I can buy this transmission at? Please no eBay type websites
Try this: This is the one I've used and trust:

- Transmission going out on friend's 2004 Impala. Is it possible to install a manual transmission taken from a 1992 Honda Civic in this car? Not worth replacing trans on a car this old, but the engine and everything else are still perfect. My friend was able to get a free manual trans from a 1992 Honda Civic. But i'm not sure whether or not you can use a trans from a different vehicle
- How much should I expect to buy in fees when buying a new motorcycle at a dealership? I want to buy a Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS that has an MSRP of $5,299 in the state of California. The dealership I plan on going to is Fremont Honda Kawasaki. I would be financing the motorcycle. Up-front, how much should I expect to pay, assuming I buy the bike at MSRP? Thanks! Also, what information would they need? ID etc? I'm 17 and have no permit or license for any sort of vehicle. Could my mother buy it for me? She has a Class C license only.
- Buying a new dirt bike. Finding right size I'm 15 1/2, 6ft and 150 pounds and I'm thinking about buying a Honda crf150f dirt bike. A lot of people say I'm too big but I have 0 experience. I hear it's a good learning bike.
- Are 1998 Honda CRV with manual transmission worth buying for 5000? I'm looking to buy a 1998 Honda CRV with manual transmission. The price is 5000 dlls. It is in good condition and the mileage is 140,000. Has anyone purchased a 1998 Honda CRV? Any advice? It is my first car and I do travel in the weekends out of town to visit family. The trip is about 140 km and part of the road is a dirt road.
