You'd have to get a dolly that would get BOTH front tires up off the ground…
That would depend on your RV, mostly, but it's recommended to at least use a front wheel dolly if not a full trailer when towing a front wheel drive vehicle. Whether your RV can handle the weight without electric brakes on the towed vehicle, we can't tell you.

Don't tow an auto without the driven wheels off the ground. An auto-box relies on the motor to be running in order to pump round the lubricating fluid. A manual/stick transmission has the gears dipping into the gearbox oil so you can tow them.
