Car is overheating fast during the day. About 20 minutes at night?

I Have A 2000 Honda Civic. I Live In 105+ Weather Conditions. During The Day My Car Will Get Hot Within Seconds Of Driving While I Have My AC On. One Of The Things I Noticed Is That I'm Burning Thru Coolant/Water. There Are No Visible Leaks. The Other Thing I Noticed Is That My Radiator Fan Does Not Turn On When I Turn My AC On. I Was Told It Was Supposed To Automatically Turn On When The AC Is On. I Tried To Connect It Directly To My Battery And Run It That Way, But It Still Got Hot. I Put In A Thermostat And A Cooling Fan Switch. I Don't Know What Else To Do. My Oil Looks Fine, SoI Don't THink The Water Is Going In There. There Was No Thermostat Before I Put The New One In. I Think It Took Longer To Get Hot Without The Thermostat. I Keep Reading Water Pump May Be The Issue. If It Is, Is It The Issue For The Evaporating Water Or The Overheating?

If it was any of the things you tried or hope (because they are cheap to fix) the water would boil over not just disappear. This is almost certainly the head gasket. Do a compression test.

Get a compression test, your heat gasket is most likely failing, sadly very common on old Honda's.

Have owned 4 Honda's… No hate here.

Rad blockage, water pump failed or cylinder head gasket blown.

Check for fan relay, it could be a failure

Head gasket and check water pump.
