Don't know the name of a civic part in the front end?
I have a Honda Civic hybrid and I'm fixing it up and I don't know the name of this part. Please help me out

Someone ripped this plastic panel off my car a while back and I'm now in a financial situation where I can afford to replace it. Where can I find this piece to my car? What is it called? - I need to find a part for my Honda ex1000 generator. I can't seem to find a part for a reasonable price or even the right part I have a Honda Generator and I need to buy a carburetor. I can find a lot of different ones online but I only find One for the Model I have. It is 80 bucks. I see a lot that look the same and I would like to know how to find one that is cheaper. I have looked for hours and can't find one that is cheap like the others. The part number is 16100-ZC0-015. Does anyone know how I can find a variety to choose from or do I need to get the honda brand carb?
