Fun, reliable, cheap $15k or so car for a budding enthusiast?
I have been looking at mazdaspeed3s. I love them and they are relatively cheap to own. It is a hatchback so insurance shouldn't be terrible. I would love a BRZ but they are too exensive. I have seen honda s2000s (my dream car) and nissan 350 and 370z's in my range too but I figured insurance would be awful for those especially since I'm young. I also like civic si's but they are surprisingly rare in my area. Crz's are pretty cool but are not exactly fast. (I want to take the car on a track sometime) I even looked at toyota tacoma x-runners. So anyway, any suggestions will be appreciated.
2006 Acura RSX Type-S. 6 speed, around 200hp stock, easy to mod & looks nice. Being coupe might raise insurance.
Mazda3 is a great choice.
- Looking for a cheap yet reliable sports bike? I'm in 9th grade now and saving up to buy a sport bike at the beginning of senior year my budget will be $3,000. I'm looking at a honda cbr250r and kawasaki ninja 250r any other ideas you give i will look into all help is appreciated. Also not looking for speed since 70mph is the fastest you can legally go in America. Also what is the best time in the year to buy a sports bike form a dealer ship and privet dealer
- Is there a modern car as fun as the Honda S2000? I'm considering a 2005 S2000 with 36K miles on it. It runs great, but is still 10 years old and no warranty. Plus, it has some age-related damage. Is there a modern car that compares to it as far as size, ride, comfort, performance, reliability, etc… That doesn't cost and arm and a leg?
- I can't find a 2012-14 Honda CRV or a 2013-15 Toyota RAV4 online that is < 15k, has < 50k miles and was never damaged or in an accident? A couple of weeks ago, my car (a 2009 crv) got totaled in an accident and am looking for a small, reliable suv (that has the same cargo space as my old car) so I've came across these two vehicles on various websites. Insurance gave my family ~9,000 for the automobile. Does anybody know if and how I can find one offline or for much less money based on my criteria?
- What's a cheap, reliable first car? I have roughly $3,400 to spend. I'm trying to find a Honda Civic but all of the ones in my price range have like 200,000 miles on them. Is mileage really a big deal?
