Good car for a man in his 30ies?

I had a bad luck with Honda Civic? I think it was too light of a car. Looking for a midrange car, around 20000 value that is reliable.

Honda Accord
It's more powerful than a Civic but still maintains that good Honda reliability

Consider the Civic's big brother, the Honda Accord or Honda Pilot.

Toyota Camry
Honda Accord
Mazda 6
Toyota Corolla
Mazda 3

I would go for a Volkswagen Rabbit/Golf. It is quite sustainable and good quality. I'm really happy with it!

Do you enjoy driving, have you ever driven a true performance car? I may not be able to say what I'll be like in my 30's but my first car was an M3, I've graduated to a 997 Turbo (911) and I never see myself not owning a performance car. If you want something reliable that also has a soul check out the mazdaspeed 3, or the 6 It has a love it or hate it look, but, I don't see any other answer that includes a car that would be nearly as fun to drive in the answers. If you have a little more money to spend you can't go wrong with a BMW 335i or a BMW M3. Driving is about more than getting from A to B.
