Help car lights not working?

When I enter my car and turn on my headlights which activates the tail lights and license plate lights and dashboard lights they don't seem to turn on please help me.

Ps: My car is a Honda Civic 2001 LX also if its a fuse problem please tell me which one to buy.
I have no idea which fuse to get or how to fix it.

Added (1). My brake lights still work!

You have 2 places to check fuses. Inside the car should be a fuse box and inside the cover is a map that shows what it covers." Meter" is typical for the dash light fuse, "Tail" for taillight. Under the hood in the Fuse/Relay box near the Battery that usually has the Headlight fuses. If you find a blown fuse bring it to a parts store.

It's almost certainly a fuse. Just like the other answer said, the fuse box door will have a diagram to check to tell you exactly which fuse to pull and check. If the fuse diagram is faded, you can easily download the entire civic manual online. You can even do it the stubborn way and not trust the diagram because the car has been through so many owners, and buy one of those testers from the auto store for three bucks and check all of them without having to pull them. If you're Really desperate and don't feel like doing any work, you can probably waltz into an auto store when they're slow and play dumb and one of the guys behind the counter will spend thirty seconds and come out and check it for you.

If you don't even know how to remove a fuse box cover and look at the fuse diagram in the cover go to a mechanic
