Sounds like a head gaskit sorry

Find the reason the fan is not coming on and repair it.

Stuck thermostat if you're lucky. Bad head gasket if you're not lucky.

Also check fan and coolant level.

Probably a blown head gasket

I'm thinking so too I got it up to a shop they did some tests on it and they had a tube with blue liquid stuff they put on the radiator hole and it turned green they said it's probably a blown head gasket then.

Since I'm not there to fix it for you take it to a good local mechanic before you ruin the motor playing with it yourself!

Junk the hunk of ****

  • I rebuilt my honda eu3000is carb, and now it smoke a few minutes after starting. It has only 50 hours or so? I cleaned out some green slime from the carb bowl, and cleaned out the main jet. Then, put it all back together. Did I miss something in the re-assembly? It runs good, just smokes.
  • My car 2005 honda civic keeps over heating? My car keeps over heatting if changed the radiator and thermis stat and the fan switch senser and still over heatting my fans come on for about 5 secs then shut off but I can turn my a/c on and both fans will come on
  • 92 Honda Civic ex over heating? So I had a coolant hose break and replaced the hose and when driving normal I.e 25-3mph is stays at a normal temperature but the moment I go up and hill and put it under stress temperature goes up high. Any ideas?
  • 1999 Honda Civic over heating? I recently replaced my upper radiator hose since a hole blew in it after I had filled up the radiator with antifreeze. The next day my heater hose tore and started leaking so I then replaced that and drove about a mile until my temp gauge went into the red. The car is fine at idle, only when I drive it does the temp rise but if I blast the heat, the temp stays normal while driving. Car has 167xxx, help would be appreciated.
