I drive a Honda EG 1992 VTEC E. It stalled on me yesterday on the road. After being towed to a mechanic they said that the Injectors were not getting any power. And so was the distributor. (not getting power)
this mechanic is known for overcharging with fake diagnostics. (I had no option but to leave the car wth him) any Ideas on how this could be resolved. All the fuses are working perfectly.

Check the injector relay and check each injector for resistance. Check if there's spark first.

  • Which fuel injector cleaner will be SAFE(without causing damage) to use on my Honda? I have a 2003 Honda Element and I'm going to buy a fuel additive. However, I deciding three types that I don't know which to choose from. It's either going to be from Lucas, royal purple or Techron.
  • My car won't start but when I try to start it, it sounds like a power drill? I have a 95 Honda Civic and it does not start it keeps making a noise that sounds like a power drill spinning. I have no idea what it is or could be any more. I've pulled the starter and put in a new one and the starter is still not catching the fly wheel. I have even resorted to charging the battery, checking all fluids (transmission, antifreeze, etc.) and putting in 5 gallons of gas but still nothing, can't pay to get it to a shop. Anything helps thanks.
  • Car stereo not getting power? The stereo in my 2000 honda civic ex was acting up. Turning off randomly and turning on randomly. So I bought a new one thinking the issue was with the stereo it's self. Now with the new radio installed and all the wires aligned and ground hooked to the proper bolt it receives no power at all. I checked the fuse and it's fine. So any ideas on what the issue is would be great.
