Honda Civic DX 1995 can't access coil pack distributor?
I'm not really sure what it is but I'm sure of the car and stuff. The car won't start, all the lights turn on and everything but apparently there's something wrong with the "coil pack" or maybe something with "rotor" in it I'm not sure sorry, it's not mine so yeah.

Your total lack of mechanical terminology dictates that you will need a real mechanic no matter what the trivial answers are here. I highly doubt you are gonna chip up an acrylic nail job looking under the hood of your car.
Can't help when you haven't explain anything here. All anybody know is the car won't start.
Civic doesn't have coil packs. It has a distributor. It is possible that the distributor is faulty if the car cranks but does not start. If the car doesn't crank, then either the battery, fuse/relay, or starter is at fault.
Unlikely the coil maybe the starter borrow some tools and autozone or the library will the book for your car jack it up with a floor jack place jack stands under it and a bock in back of the rear tire and start learning after you get it off autozone can test it free
