How much will it cost to fix a front bumper and radiator and repack airbag on a 2005 Honda Civic?
The headlights and turn signals also don't work? Anybody have a price? I don't have a lot of money

First of all, the airbags will have to be replaced, not repacked. They are a one use item Without seeing the actual damage, I would guess that the cost of repair will exceed $2500 and may be much more than that
If the air bags deployed you're looking at over $2,000 to replace the air bags, seat belts, and control module to get the SRS air bag system working again.
You can't "repack" an air bag.

This will be very expensive. Replacing the Airbag and igniter unit will be about $1500, replacement of the front bumper will be about $300-$500 depending if it needs painting. Replacement of radiator will be about $300 and if this damage was caused by a front end collision there will be additional unforeseen problems. Total $2100 -$2500.
