How to change drum brake to disc brakes in a honda civic ex 2000?

Hi save your money and buy a newer car.
Changing the rear brakes to disc brakes is not cost effective and will provide almost no benefit to you. The majority of stopping power is done by the front brakes. Save your money.
- My Honda Prelude 2000 tail lights from the brakes don't work? They only work when I turn on the highlights and the highlights can't go down. I search and it doesn't have no switch for brakes. I look in the fuses and bulds too. How can I fixed this? And thanks who ever answer my question
