Just blacked out 2 days ago and no buttons work but I can control it on the steering wheel
Try to disconnect the battery cables and touch the two cable's ends together for 15 seconds or so. If you need to reset the radio or the NAV system afterward. This may help:

- Touch screen radio in a e.g/1992 civic? - Honda CRV 2015 Ex-L Navi. Can't use GPS? I bought the most expensive version of the 2015 crv but when i try to enter an address, the direction button is always blacked out and won't let me go any further. I read the handbook but it told me in order to enter an address i just have to click on directions. Which i can't
