How to install line output converter (LOC)?

I'm trying to install subs and an amp to my Honda Civic 2012, and I want to keep the factory hu. I've removed the head unit, and behind the head unit there were lots of wires taped together and were plugged into harnesses. There were three harnesses and each one had multiple color wires. I know you have to hook up the R+ wire on the LOC to the R+ wire on the head unit but I don't know which one it is… Plus I don't know how to do that. Do I just cut the wire and connect it to the LOC wire? If I do that then what happens to the harness, do I just plug it back into the stock HU with some of the wires missing/cut out from it? Also where do I put the LOC, the wires are really short so it has to be around the front somewhere. I'm very confused, and am new at this

What you can do is open the trunk and tap in the speakers with the LOC. 2 wires from the line out converter are for one speaker and the other 2 wires are for the other speaker. Just make sure you connect them correctly. Simple as that no need to mess with stereo. LOC wires are short you need to add extension buy speaker wire and done

  • Honda CBR250R red line reliability? Heres the problem-how well built is the engine?-I have heard that the bike top speed is no more than 90mph but the reason I ask is because wether I get this bike or the CBR929RR am going to be riding around a lot especially long highway journeys. I would add a high air flow air filter and an exhaust system to the CBR250R so that would be a noticeable power increase for this particular bike I'm sure but IS IT OK TO KEEP IT CLOSE TO RED LINE FOR HOURS?

  • Recommendations anyone? Honda ridge line? I have a honda ridgeline 2006 RTS 100% stock and I'm planning on getting General Grabber AT2 Radial Tire - 255/65R17 110SR. I also want to get the Traxda 202020 2" Front/2" Rear Lift Kit. Would anyone recommend better tires or lift for this honda that would fit? Also, what other accessories would someone recommend for better off road use?
  • Why are my subwoofers making a solid base line? I just installed two 12' pioneer subs in my 2014 honda accord. The subs are working off of the back two speakers. I have the remote cable folded over the accessory fuse so the amp turns on and off when I turn the car on. Whenever I have all the doors closed and the radio is on the subs produce a solid bass line while a song is playing but whenever I press the gas pedal or open one of the doors the bass line stops.
