How to reattach the front bumper of a 2001 Honda Civic?

I have a 2001 Honda Civic EU Hatch which I've managed to dislodge the right hand side of the bumper when I was reversing out of a car space with a semi-flattened bollard in the way.
It looks like it should just easily 'snap' back into place but having never done so before, I'm not sure how to make it go back in.
The left hand side is fine, as are both headlights so I don't think there's too much damage from it.
Can I just push it back into place? Do I need screws or a mechanic?
I've got someone who can come and take a look but I'd like to try and figure it out myself first. How to reattach the front bumper of a 2001 Honda Civic

Step 1) remove the phillips screw that is still attached (on fender) Step 2) get some glass cleaner and spray the bumper where it has to snap back in. Step 3) push bumper back into place (may require smacking it) Step 4) re-attach phillip screw (may need washer (not a big deal if you don't have one) as the bumper has damage when the screw hole is. Step 5) sit on the couch and relax after accomplishing this.

Well you have the top hole which is where a screw or fastener to some sort held it. If it was a screw it is most likely still in there just not attached to anything so the simple fix without having to remake the tap would be a washer on the screw to hold it tighter. To get to the skrew you will probably have to take off the plastic guard on the inner fender that is held in with clips. Or maybe its open access but the other slots look fine and they are just a slide and pop in kinda thing.

From the picture it appears you may have only disconnected the plastic fasteners. I bet you may indeed be able to "snap" it back in place if the fasteners were not broken. You should be able to reach under the bumper to see if they are still intact.
