I drive a 2013 Honda civic is making humming/winding noise?

Noise occurs upon acceleration and deceleration. The pitch coincided with the speed of the car. Not necessarily the throttle. Car seems to shift just fine. Slight vibration in the pedals. No jumping or sputtering. It does however seem to come from the front of the car. Any thoughts?

You may have a vacuum leak. While the engine is running, open the bonnet and listen to hear if you can detect more exactly where it is coming from. It may just be a vacuum line that has fallen off.

A noise that changes with speed could be a wheel bearing. But that would be unusual in a 4 year old car.

Could be a vacuum line leak. However, if there's any vibration involved, This might point out to be brake pad wear.
Modern cars have a point that is reached to indicate the life of the pads have reach the 'Please Change Me' time and will squeal. Also, depending on type, a clutch has the same inbuilt squeal point too. A good mechanic will confirm this.

Not knowing its mileage or how driven. But it could be diff whine

Bad tires.

Swap the tires front to back to rule them out.

Can't guess without driving the car. Go to a mechanic.
