I would only give him $1,500 - $2,000 max. 210k miles is a lot of abuse, even though a civic can take a beating engine wise.

Hi sorry when a car has high mileage on it like this it is not a bargain it will become a nightmare very shortly. Save your money and buy something newer and with a lot less miles on it really a lot less than even 80k miles.

Well if the engine is still in good shape and the guy/girl who owned it before you kept it in good condition would still not be a good buy you could get one cheaper. Plus your probably going to have to do some mechanical work on it which get very expensive.

You say you're getting it and then ask if you should get it.
Any car with 210000 miles on it is going to be waiting for something expensive to need fixing.

It's overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than $1,500 for it.

Run, do not walk, away from that Civic if it is not too late. Way over priced. Do not buy any vehicle with 210,000 miles on it unless you are a qualified automotive mechanic or have a close friend or family member who is, and is willing to work for free or cheap.

Are you out of your mind! That car is used up. It might not run a week. That's Way too much to pay for a car that could drop a transmission or engine at any minute.

Too much money for that many miles on any car, even a Honda.
