I want a k20a motor? What year?
Ok i live in california and i was wondering if honda put the k20a motor in hondas that are in america? I want a 2001-2005 honda civic si hatchback coupe but specifically for that engine because (i'm not 100% sure) i think they put the k20a only for japan. I know for a fact the american honda cars came with the k20a3 but that is a slightly different motor that isn't as powerful (i don't know too much on how its different except the size of the engine). And if they only made them for people in japan then is it illegal to buy a k20a from japan and bring it over here to build in a 2001-2005 honda civic si coupe hatchback? Also one more question, what other regulations are there to building such a fast street legal car?
PS i'm not worried about emissions i can pass with my HHO generator Kit installed which is clean air. (i've tested it, it is a super clean gas for the environment.)

- I want a new Honda CR-V but only if dealer agrees to paint it in color I want for free. Will they agree to it? I want a new Honda CR-V in my favorite color: Sapphire Metallic which is available on Honda Pilot but not on CR-V for whatever reason. But this is the only color I want. - If in the owners manual it says I should use 5W-20 motor oil, can I use 10W-40 motor oil instead? I have a 2009 Honda Fit. I just recently bought 10W-40 and when I got home to put oil in the manual said 5W-20. What's the difference? And is it okay if I still use the 10W-40?
- What would be the best motor swap for my 99 honda civic dx? Planning on doing a motor swap but wanna make sure I get it right the first time. Was planning on doing a b20z swap and order it from Hmotors. Would that be a good swap? If so i'm not sure of all the parts I would need.
