I was told i need to replace the fusebox for my honda civic ex 2002, tru or false and how much would it cost?

Added (1). ok so i went to a mechanics shop and i know they can say false things to make you pay more. The shop looked at it for about an hour and they said that the fuse box needs to be replaced. I would like to ask you guys how true you think it is and what would actually need to be done. What happened is i had noticed that my ac has not been blowing as cold as before, then a few weeks later i noticed that my emergency brake light stayed on and my ac stopped working

Added (2). Then a week later the overhead lights stopped turning on when i opened my door but when i switched it to on it work fine, just didn't turn on automatically. Thank you all in advance for your help and any quotes you have would be really nice!

I knew that you have not telling the whole story. While I've appreciated the two updates (1 & 2). Tell me about the original problems, what has been done or repair and what's the problem(s) now.

The Ac system. Is it manual or automatic? The same question with the transmission A/T or M/t?

What have the repair shops done or replace/ repair? Tell me everything and I can help. Replacing the fuse box normally is the last resort. No more diagnostic for the problem is needed. Why? Did they (The repair shop) tell you?
