Is $6,800 too much for a 2008 Honda Civic?
Can the price be talked down to $4,500? The car has 130K miles on it and it's excellent condition.
Let me get this straight, you are going to buy an eight year old car (new models come out in September, so technically it's 8 yrs. Old) with that much mileage, and you are going to pay almost 7K for it. I would keep looking.
That's high mileage for a 2008. Keep looking
Since we don't know the seller, we don't know whether you can talk him down or not. I'm guessing you can't, if only because you're asking him to shave the price by a third, which is an implausible discount at almost any price point.

- Honda civic 2000 wasting too much gas? What could cause this civic to waste too much gas. I had filled up the gas tank and it wasted in just two days. I took it to auto zone and they found the following error codes and said it was: Sensor 1 heater system malfunction Sensor 1 circuit high voltage CSF sensor no signal But none are supposed to cause a serious gas waste, and just recommended me lucas. Also the civic doesn't have a catalytic converter, I don't know if this is why. Is there something else I should check?
