Is alignment necessary after replacing the front struts?
2002 Honda civic lx 126,000 miles.
Also I have shocks in the back tires. Is it best to replace the front struts & back shocks at the same time? Or is it ok to just do the front if the back is ok?
Either way is alignment vital or Not necessary?
If you use quality parts, set the toe… I've usually sent them out for a check over the years occasionally the toe needs a tweek.

You will disrupt the alignment when you replace the struts. You only need to replace dampeners (shocks or struts) on one axle at a time.
- What will replacing my front stock anti sway bar do to my cars handling? So my car is a 2003 Honda Element awd and I've been looking at upgrading the sway bars but ONLY the front one. My question is if I only do that sway bar but not the rear ones, will it do any better or worse for my handling when taking highway corners and curves at higher speeds?
