Is it a bad idea to buy a stock 1989 Honda Civic SI?
It has 179000 miles on it, has a new clutch, and looks great. Hes asking 1900.

That's a high price for a 25-year-old car with a rebuilt title. I wouldn't pay more than $1,000.
I also think the most i would pay for it is about 1500$ but its in preety good condition for an old car like this so its still a good offer
Depends on the condition. If it's well maintained it should have a long life ahead of it.

- Would it be, a bad idea for me to try and fix a blown head gasket? Its for a honda. Stock d16 aftermarket rims and is 1500 with a blown head gasket. My dad is the best honda mechanic in my town. He would be guiding me through it. Also the car had 137k miles and good paint. How much would it be worth if it was fixed?

- Muffler Deleting a stock 08 grand prix good or bad? I have a stock 3.8 V6 Grand Prix and want it to sound like a stronger car and not a Honda would a muffler delete be good or will I have to do more like a resonator delete too. And if I were to do the muffler delete what would be the cheapest most effective way to do it. I'm on a very tight budget so preferably DIY.

I was looking to stay under $1500 and buy an injected bike but I really like this one. Thoughts? Also, is there a possibility of getting the price to $1400? Could I haggle successfully.
