Is my car's starter broken?

Symptoms:
Battery is fine, fuses are fine. Everything lights up.
When I turned the key, the headlights didn't dim at all.
When I turned the key the first bunch of times, there was a click and the engine slowly turned over as if the battery was dead/low. Now there's just a click.
No corrosion on battery, nice connection.
Took it to autozone and they ran 3 tests: battery, starter, and alternator and all were ok.
Pattern of working - I've tried on 10 occasions to use my car today- 1:started fine, 2:fine, 3:Turned over slow no start, 4:started slow but ran, 5:tested fine at autozone, started slow but ran, 6:Turned over slow no start, 7:Click, no turn over, no start.
Car is a 2008 Honda Civic sedan. Just had bumper replaced & they didn't reconnect the lights properly but then fixed it. Problem appeared after that. Related electrical issue maybe?
What do you think is wrong and how much to fix the likely issue?

I'm inclined to believe a pinched wire or a bad ground.

Just A wild guess.

Could be a starter solonoid.
