Is the Honda Civic 2005 type R the same as the 2005 civic si?
I know they are both ep3 body style. But did America sell the type r? Or is every 2005 civic ep3 here a si? And what's the difference between the ep2 and 3. And how hard is it to get a si with under 75,000 nowadays Thank you.
No. The only type R that ever made it to the US was the Integra Type R. The Si was the highest trim available in the US. I'm not sure what body styles you are referring to with the chassis codes lazy people like to misuse, but if you are wondering about whether it's available as a hatchback or not, probably not. Getting an Si shouldn't be too hard.

To make it a coup and does this apply for all cars
- Honda' website says the Civic Coupe and Sedan share the same wheelbase. Why is this? I wanted to buy a real coupe? I wanted to buy a real coupe but it seems like Honda is just ripping us off. They take the Civic sedan and turn it into a coupe. I don't know how they do this but they share the same wheelbase. I thought the coop would be much Smaller with a shorter lenght overall. With a smaller wheelbase to give you more of that sporty feel but I feel like I'm just driving a damn sedan. I don't want a sedan! Does this apply for all cars
