Is there any way to silence those stupid warning chimes for my 2013 Honda Civic?

Added (1). I don't need them to start chiming when I open my door or when I take off my seatbelt as I'm pulling into my driveway. There doesn't appear to be a breaker specifically dedicated to them. Would a sound shop know a way (like cutting a wire)?

Yes: sell the piece of ****, leave us alone.lol

I know if I buy a stereo to put in my van, I also have to buy a specific interface module or some sort of sheet like that or I will lose all the chimes. Apparently, the car's radio plays an important role in the operation of the chimes. So if you buy an aftermarket JVC radio, it can't have that built into the unit because each car manufacturer is different. They sell interface modules for Chevy, Toyota, etc… So I'm guessing if you bought a Pioneer stereo and put it in the vehicle without the interface module, then the chimes would be deactivated.

  • My 98 honda crv stops running without any warning? It starts up fine, runs about ten min, then just dies without warning, then about ten min later, it cranks up and runs great, for another ten min.
  • Is there any way I can put in an aux cord to play audio if I only have USB ports? I started leasing a 2019 Honda CR-V recently, and the only inputs seem to be USB ports. My friends like passing around the aux cord when we drive places, and though the CR-V does support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, switching between a lightning cable and a micro-USB seems like a hassle (since they have different phone models). I found some USB to aux adaptors online, but the reviews on them say that they can't be used to do what I want.
  • I'm moving to New York City but I have a year left on my car lease. Is there any way out? I have a Honda Civic leased through Honda Financial Services and there are 11 months left on my lease. HFS apparently does not allow Lease Swapping (a common solution for this type of problem). It looks like I will have to pay the remaining monthly payments I owe to Honda one way or another… Is there any alternative to this? I have no need for a car in NYC and I'm in California now. The car is in pristine condition and pacing about 6 or 7k under mileage. Anyone know of a way out?

I would like to know what parts would i need and from what cars also if any of you guys have done it before. How did you do it and what challenges did you face along with how you fixed those challenges.
